Registration & Submission Guidelines

This document provides comprehensive instructions for authors participating in the conference. Please read all guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract or full paper.

2. Abstract Preparation

• Maximum length: 250 words.
• Language: English.
• Include title, author(s), affiliation, postal address, and email.
• Include: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and up to five keywords.

3. Manuscript Formatting

• Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx).
• A4 paper, single spacing, 3 cm margins.
• Arial 14 pt for Arabic titles; Arial 12 pt for English titles.
• Scientific names in italics.
• Tables should fit on one page whenever possible.

4. Submission Policy

• Papers must be original and unpublished.
• All submissions undergo peer review.
• Authors should revise manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments.
• Submit by email: ewdr@ewdr.org.

5. Presentation Guidelines

• Prepare PowerPoint slides with minimum 24 pt font.
• Use high-contrast colors.
• Limit live demonstrations to less than 3 minutes.
• Rehearse to remain within the allocated presentation time.
